At HANA GARDEN TOKYO, we do not provide individual notifications via phone or LINE upon arrival at the venue. Once delivery is complete, we will send you a photo of the arrangement along with a confirmation report.

Arrival and completion of setup are different

Even upon arrival at the venue, there may be wait times until the designated delivery window or queues at the loading dock. Therefore, the time of arrival is not the same as the time setup is completed.

Delivery and setup are carried out in accordance with the specific regulations for each performance, prioritizing safety checks and the work itself. Please note that the delivery completion notice may not be sent immediately after drop-off, as the timing can vary.
