At HANA GARDEN TOKYO, we will send you photos of the installation and a notification once delivery is complete. Please note that this report may not be sent immediately after delivery, and we cannot guarantee that it will arrive before the event begins.

Regarding the timing of notifications

On the day of the event, the timing of the photos and notification may vary as we prioritize safety checks and deliveries to other venues. We do not provide individual notifications upon arrival at the venue.

Regarding installation photos

The photos are provided as confirmation of delivery. In principle, we do not perform modifications, re-installations, or additional decorations after delivery. The installation location is determined by the venue or the event organizer; we cannot specify or guarantee a particular placement.
