How to determine the price and budget for flower stands: Examples including delivery and collection fees
When determining your budget for a flower stand, make sure to check the total cost, including not only the product price but also delivery fees, collection fees, and additional costs such as panels. The required amount will vary depending on the floral materials, size, design, delivery destination, and the venue's delivery and collection requirements.
In this article, we will explain how to approach your budget using HANA GARDEN TOKYO's products and fees as an example, rather than showing the average market price.
Costs included in the total for a flower stand
- Product price: Fees based on floral materials, design, size, etc.
- Delivery fee: Fees based on the delivery destination.
- Collection fee: Fees for collecting rental items after the installation period.
- Additional costs: Fees based on conditions such as panels, custom decorations, early morning delivery, late-night collection, or priority production requests.
The Re:Bloom series consists of rental items using high-quality artificial flowers. As a rule, our store collects all items and decorations that we own, so they cannot be taken home. Please check our User Guide for information regarding items brought in by the customer.
Fee example for delivery to the 23 wards of Tokyo
Here is an example of delivering and collecting a Red Ribbon Stand to the 23 wards of Tokyo with only a display card.

This total applies when there are no additional panels, custom decorations, early morning delivery, late-night collection, or priority production requests. This price does not apply to all products or venues. Please check the product price at the time of order and your final quote.
Additional costs for panels and time specifications
For the same product, the additional cost for adding a panel is 3,300 JPY for data submission and 1,100 JPY for mailing or bringing it in. If you choose a panel with data submission, the total under the above conditions would be 39,600 JPY (tax included). Please check the Panel Guide for panel sizes and submission requirements.
A late-night collection fee of 2,200 JPY (tax included) applies for collection after 22:00, and an early morning delivery fee of 2,200 JPY (tax included) applies for delivery between 8:00 and 10:00. For last-minute requests, please contact us in advance as additional fees and availability will vary depending on the production requirements and schedule.
For areas outside the 23 wards of Tokyo, including Kanagawa, Saitama, and Chiba, delivery and collection for specific対象 venues are 4,400 JPY (tax included) each. We do not provide services to all regions or venues. Please check Delivery Areas and Fees for details.
How to choose according to your budget
If you would like to choose from existing designs, please see our list of artificial flower stands or list of balloon flower stands. It is easier to plan your budget by adding the delivery and collection fees to the product price and then checking for additional costs like panels.
If you are particular about colors or motifs, please consult us about a custom order. By telling us your "total budget including delivery and collection," we can consider your request in line with your budget. Please note that not all designs can be produced within your desired budget.
Things to check before consulting us
Please check the official guidelines from the venue or event organizer regarding the acceptance of flower stands, size restrictions, and delivery/collection dates and times. When consulting with us, please provide the desired delivery date, venue, budget, desired colors/image, and whether or not you require a panel. If any items are undecided, please let us know.

Can I take the flowers home after the event ends?
As a rule, Re:Bloom rental items and decorations owned by our store are collected. This differs from purchased items like Phalaenopsis orchids or items brought in by the customer.
Can I consult with you if I haven't decided on a design yet?
Please let us know as much as you can about your budget and desired colors or atmosphere. We will check the feasibility of production and delivery and guide you accordingly.
