Can anyone send a flower stand? A guide for beginners

Flower stands are a common sight at live concerts, stage shows, and performances.
You may be wondering, "Can fans send these too?" or "Is it okay for an individual to place an order?"
In this article, we will introduce some of the most frequently asked questions about sending flower stands.

Anyone can send a flower stand
Flower stands can be ordered not only by companies and industry professionals, but by individuals as well.
In fact, many of the flower stands seen at concerts, stage shows, and performances are sent by fans.
Because they are a way to manifest the desire to celebrate a favorite performer's appearance or wish for a successful show, they have become a staple of "oshikatsu" (fan activities).

Orders can be placed individually or as a group
You can send a flower stand under an individual name or as a group under multiple names.
In recent years, there has been an increase in cases where fans coordinate via social media to collect funds and send a flower stand together.

If sending as a group, it is helpful to decide the following in advance:
・Number of participants
・Budget
・Design
・Panel content
This will ensure a smooth process.

Rules vary by venue
The most important thing when sending a flower stand is to check the venue rules.

Depending on the performance, policies may differ, such as:
・Accepting flower stands
・Accepting only dressing room flowers
・Prohibiting celebratory flowers of any kind

Also, because there may be restrictions on size and delivery times, checking in advance is essential.
